I know this is meant to be a review so you can hav your own opinion but i think its harsh to diss the regal. If you want cheap booze (lets face it, thats what the regal is good for) then dont expect much else. if you want 'music, atmosphere, fast service' then expect to pay 6.50 for a double vodka and coke in one of the other noisier, smaller, emptier places in town. You can't have cheap booze and not expect there to be a 20 minute wait at one of the TWO bars, or music. The regal is good for cheap booze and having a laugh.Aslong as you've got your mates with you, there shudnt be any other reason to complain. my opinion - it's upto you to make the atmosphere, and i always have a grand time..
