"Profit more important than customers"

This establishment appears to run on a quantity rather than quality service. We went for the first time last Saturday night. The restaurant was busy, but there were plenty of staff to be seen. We waited a long time to place our order, that was taken by an uncommunicative and rude gentleman. He just walked or turned away to deal with people coming in whilst we were mid sentence with our order! No smile, it was as though we were invisible.

During the evening, someone came in requesting a table for ten. The waiter asked a couple to leave so that it would free up space! Shortly after a family of five came in having mad e a reservation, and it was obvious their table had been given away to the accommodate the larger party. They walked out.

After our main course had been cleared away our bill was put on the table - wheteher we wanted dessert or coffee or not - the decision was made for us.

This as aside, the food was good, but I would never go back because the customer service is appalling..
