"Slow Service and Dirty Floors"

Just came back from the local Macdonalds in Gloucester on eastern avenue. We had to wait 10 mins plus for our food, I was given it without a tray and when I sat down, all I could see was rubbish on the floors and dirty tables. What an eating experience.If the front of house is dirty, what about the kitchen serving areas??. I complained to the "Manager" who explained they were short of staff - good excuse. The only problem is that when I do have to go there with my kids, it is the same old story.

Who do we complain to and get action.

When I have used the Macdonalds in France they are staffed by intelligent, helpful people and the standard of food and environment is so much better.

Can the resturants in this country improve? If more people complained and demanded a better service then perhaps things would get better..
