After working for Zeneth for a fre 'shifts' in their annoying and inconvenient call out center, I too can say stay well clear of them!
I started work for some extra money there, I has to call a list of randomly generated numbers and try to convince the person on the other line that they need new windows/patio doors/fascias, gutters e.t.c. The guide says that you must basically not give-up untill the recieving end has hung-up.
Although all of the people who work in the call centre and very nice people, the managers and secetary are far from it. If you get a call from Bowater Zeneth or just Bowater the best thing to do is be polite, listen to the rubbish the operator will tell you (That you have been selected to be in our new showhome magazine, and if u get work done by us we will substantially refund the cost) say you are not interested or you have had your windows already done by Zeneth/Bowater in the last few months (many times over) and then hang-up
HOWEVER if you want your number off the list forever, either say you live in a grade 1 listed building or you are meerley a tenant..
