A review of Bryco Windows by End of Tether written on Wednesday 11th of August 2004
IN APRIL I HAD £3500 WORTH OF WINDOWS AND DOORS INSTALLED. TWO FAULTS REMAINED TO BE FIXED AFTER I HAD PAID (I FOOLISHLY BELIEVED THE FITTER WHEN HE SAID THE FAULTS WOULD BE PUT RIGHT THE NEXT DAY)- NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVEN'T SEEN SIGHT NOR SOUND OF COLDSEAL SINCE THEN. AFTER SPENDING MANY FRUITLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE, SENDING VERY MANY LETTERS, ALL UNANSWERED I HAVE NOW RESORTED TO ENLIST THE HELP OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ASSOCIATION, LOCAL TRADING STANDARDS AND LOCAL PRESS (WHO INCIDENTALLY RAN A LARGE ITEM ON THIS COMPANY'S INCOMPETENCE JUST AFTER I HAD SIGNED UP.
I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY, THEIR GURANTEE OF AFTER SALES CARE AND ATTENTION IS A BIG JOKE.
I HAVE A LONG LIST OF 'PHONE NUMBERS AND ADDRESSES FOR THIS COMPANY NONE OF WHICH HAVE PRODUCED ANY RESPONSE.
WHO IS THE HEAD OF THIS COMPANY?
