"Very rude unfriendly drivers"

A review of Bus Station - Stagecoach Cambus by LOUISE written on Monday 5th of July 2004

About a month ago a stagecoach driver of the C5 disappeared from the bus for 20 mins closing the bus door so me and another lady were locked in the bus WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING .he then retured and i asked him where he had BEEN to which he replied rudely IVE BEEN TO THE TOLIET IS THAT OK . anyway to cut a long story short i was not impressed by the POOR LEVEL of customer service i recieved . i rang stagecoach to complain and they made me feel like I was to blame for the drivers RUDENESS . I work in a shop and if i talked to a CUSTOMER like he spoke to me then i would be shown the door. stagcoach should step up their CUSTOMER SERVICE and tell the drivers to SMILE and not to take out their bad moods on CUSTOMERS ..
