"More poor service"

I wished to buy a conservatory from B&Q, and, as suggested in their brochure, tried to arrange for a home consultation from one of their experts (if they exist). I have now telephoned and left my details on their answering machine three times over a period of four weeks - needless to say it is impossible to speak to a person. No one has got back to me.

I won't be buying my conservatory from them it seems....
