I am so sorry that the old dear had a unhelpful experience at Cutlacks of Ely, as I use the shop reguarly, and find most of the staff very helpful and obliging. As she states you can look around for ages and see items that you did not know that you needed them till you saw that item. The stock changes continuously, therefore it is worth a visit each week if you can manage it, try it..
