In January I booked for a fitter for replacement widscreen,they couldn't come that day, or the next, so I provisionally booked them for the day after. £50.00 duly taken from my bank account immediately. I subsequently managed to get another firm to do the work the next day and attempted to cancel Autoglass. It was impossible to get through to the local office in Northampton, and eventually I got through to the National Number who assured me they would FAX the cancellation through and refund my money. One month passed, no refund. Phoned the local branch and was again assured it would be processed. Two months passed, still nothing. three months down the line I'm furious. If they can take your money instantly, why does it take in excess of three months to refund it?.
