"Most friendliest Concierge Services & Unfriendly Reception staff.."

I stayed in this hotel last week and found that the most friendliest Concierge staff in UK work here. The Reception staff are not friendly at all - not welcoming.

Food is another story. Very expensive and very small quantity. Had a stomach aches after eating.

Rooms are not very clean either. The toilet needs a good scrub.

For a 4 star hotel very poor value.. .
