A review of Loch Fyne Seafood Bar & Grill by ANNONYMOUS written on Thursday 9th of October 2003
WHEN DRIVING FROM HARROGATE TO CAMBRIDGE TO ENDEAVOUR ON THE RESTAURANT KNOWN AS LOCH FYNE, I WAS EXCITED AS I HAD NEVER HAD THE LOCH FYNE EXPERIENCE BEFORE. WE ARRIVED AT THE RESTAURANT AND ORDERED OUR FOOD, ALL WAS WELL UNTIL A SUBSTANSIAL AMOUNT OF SHOUTING WAS HEARD COMING FROM THE KITCHEN DIRECTION, WE REALISED THAT A FULL BLOWN ARGUMENT WAS IN SWING AND NO ATEMPT WAS MADE TO CONCEAL THE VULGAR LANGUAGE THAT WAS BEING EXPRESSED, WITH MY 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WITH ME, I WAS APPAULED THAT SHE HAD TO HEAR THESE OBSCENITIES, IT WAS A DISGRACE. AFTER THE ARGUMENT HAD SEIZED WE SETTLED BACK DOWN AND BEGAN TO EAT OUR FOOD, NOTE, NO ATTEMPT TO APOLOGISE TO THE CUSTOMERS OCCURED. A WAITRESS THEN TOOK OUR PLATES AWAY FROM THE TABLE WHEN WE HADNT EVEN FININSHED OUR MEAL, I FELT VIOLATED THAT I HAD TRAVELLED SO FAR TO BE DISAPPOINTED. DISGUSTING..
