A review of The Co-operative Bank by Ann miller written on Wednesday 8th of October 2003
I rang to order a new bankcard for my husband and myself bacause ours had become shabby after so much use. They only sent him one. I rang to ask if mine was on the way, they said only one for my hubby was ordered. They said they would send me one immediately. I received it 7 days later. It was the wrong sort of card. I rang agaain and they said another would come. It did, same as the other wrong one, 7 days again. I rang again, was kept waiting to get connected for 13 mins, woman answered, said one moment, she'd check, waited and was not got back to. Rang again, spoke to man.I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CARD!
I'm using my husband's at the moment. No-one in the shops have queried it. When you ring the phonebank these days you wait so long to be connected..
