"Excellent my first"

So it was my first time taking a duvet to be washed. The lady was so kind, so polite and above all so so helpful. Everything was marked clearly & I didn't read it the lady kindly came & helped me choosing the correct machine. Changed my money so I had the correct money. I was helping a friend to wash her duvet. I was totally impressed by this kind lady, they are running a very clean laundrette. Thank you.
