It seems that this job center employs a criminal and is happy to do so. But you can see by the demeanour of the staff and security its not really the place you want to visit in search of work. The problem with public employees like these is they can be poor at their jobs, poor at dealing with people because they know there are no consequences for their stupidity and ignorance..
