"Extremely Poor Service"

I have been an EE customer since 2001 when it was T-Mobile and have never switched provider as prior to recently I was satisfied with the service.

However, the idle, indifferent and couldn't care less, are all employed in the EE Cambridge shop. These individuals all believe that, responsive and good customer service, are Chinese takeaways!

My husband and I visited this shop on 7th September, to have a faulty Galaxy Z Flip 3 assessed for repairs.

We stood waiting at the entrance counter for a considerable time, before anyone of the pretend service individuals, came over to us, as they all were having a very close relationship with their own personal phones.

When one finally did notice us, after we stated what was wrong with the handset and asked if they had a two hour service fix, as we were told, his attitude was one of callous dismissal.

He then asked us, to have a seat and said that someone would come to us.

After sitting for an inordinate amount of time, losing the will to live, while three of these imitation workers had their eyes, fingers and the attention of their idle minds, glued to their own phones, we decided that we had, had enough of the torturous sitting, and being totally ignored, so we got up from the painful seat.

As we were leaving, the same lackadaisical individual, who told us to have a seat, to await being served, as we said, 'thanks for nothing,' he briefly glanced up from his phone and thanked us, as we exited the shop.

He and the others just intensely continued their close relationships with their personal phones. What a load of slothful time wasters!

Is this what is to be expected of EE's service? But then, these shop workers, clearly know that EE makes millions off of customers, so there is no need to care about service to us..
