"Bus did not turn up at all"

The number 11 bus from Cambridge was due to arrive at the Malden Road bus stop at 07:59an. It did not show up. It is an hourly service so waiting for the next one was not going to get me to my destination on time. Impossible to speak to anybody on the phone to find out what. What is the point if the digital display showing when the bus is due if it is not going to turn up ? Hopeless. Really messed up my day..
