"Dont order online"

I bought a jacket online that was shipped to the wrong address (wrong county) . it was a nightmare to get in touch with them! They take days to reply email, dont answer phone calls!

I asked them to send the jacket to the correct address, and they said wouldnt be possible! That i would be getting a refund. and would need to buy the jacket again. The jacket was on sale, so i asked them if price would be the same . their reply: unfortunately the item

Is out of stock. but they are just getting back the one that is being returned to them!

So they just dont want to sell me the jacket anymore! Doesnt make sense at all! Horrible costumers service.
