The Most Disturbing Issues that concern me is ringing to book an appointment in the Morning. The last time I Tried to do so, it took from opening time 08.15. until 08.50 To Speak to a Receptionist. By that time no appointment Is available. This long delay to answer is more the norm rather than the exception'.
