"The counter staff are not doctors but think they are"

I went to the chemist in arbury court today to pick up a prescription

i was confronted by a jobs worth of an eldery woman with glasses from behind the counter she asked me what the prescription was for! she is a counter assistant not a doctor the ignorant so and so in front of other people, she went off inside to see if it had come through electronically and she proceeded to the very back at the inside

she come back out and said it would not be there till after 2 tomorrow

i asked her did she look at the computer she said she had, well we all know the computer is on the left hand side as you go in the back and she dint stop there. and said it takes 2 days to get there well i am trained in i.t i went to college and even a 5 year old kid would know that once the doctor press send it is there in seconds and i was at the doctor when he sent it. its not the first time that this type of thing has happened at arbury court chemist they shout the name and then want the address to be said in front of everyone i made out my own card with name and address as i do not want the whole of arbury knowing where i live, im sure they are people out there thats able to do the job not a pack of idiots soo ignorant people like that should not serve the public m.l.
