My wife and I would thoroughly recommend Brendan. We got in contact with him after a recommendation from a colleague at work and he was thoroughly brilliant throughout - far exceeding all expectations we had.

We had a bit of a rubbish experience on a previous project with another builder so it’s fair to say our expectations were low, but as soon as we met Brendan we were confident that all of the good references weren’ fabricated.

Brendan was turned up exactly when he said he was going to every day. Issues did crop up along the build, but this is par for the course - it was how he handled them with honesty and transparency which was so much appreciated. He also is a very straight talker and went to lengths to explain things to us in non-technical terms.

All of Brendan’s colleagues were also excellent and I was impressed with their professional work ethic, going about their work being as considerate as they could be to our neighbours - especially appreciated as we live in a terraced house in close proximity to others.

All in all Brendan is an excellent builder and a superb bloke. I would thoroughly recommend.
