I am a long-time resident in the Arbury area and have always found all the staff at the PO in Budgens to be helpful, well informed, friendly and efficient. They always enquire about our well-being, without being invasive.
I can't ever remember them being 'off' with anybody so I can't imagine what previous reviewers are talking about..
