"So rude and so little customer service"

My friend went to get her hair done as a special treat on the day before her wedding.

This was paid for by another friend in advance. As it turned out what was requested was not possible, my friend was made to feel bad about this and at the ned was sent out with wet hair to go home.

The following day when we went to point out that the experience had not been good for my friend, it also transpired that the treatments delivered where priced well below what was paid in advance, it took much digging to find this out however.

The owner was there but decided it was not his problem.

If you want to have the full pamper including staff not being rude to you behind your back.go else where..
