"Gut-wrenching smell at Milton Country Park this morning"

A review of Sewage Treatment Works by Chloe Brown written on Saturday 4th of March 2017

It seems like the sewage works cannot cope with the volume of sewage, or the volume of rain. I actually gagged this morning at the start of the Park Run in Milton Country Park and lots of people had their noses under the neck of their shirts. How do people who live there cope with this? Are there any plans to improve the situation?.
