I popped in to pick up some bulbs for my car, and was going to ask for some advice of a young ladie called susie when a tall guy skinny guy in a halfords uniform, walked up to her and snapped at her, what I could see by her face expression she wasn't happy with what had been said, after he had walked away, I went and asked her about my bulbs, she looked very upset, I feel that the person who spoke to her was unprofessional.
