"Damaged part of vehicle, did not inform me, did not turn up to fix it. + other t"

Broke part of my steel wheel cap, didn't tell me, then said they'd turn up to fix it, but didn't.

Went thru Servicing Stop who've ballsed up arranging this being fixed.

And left my vehicle unlocked for any passers by to help themselves to anything interior.

Report on my brakes came back stating they were 50%, but over the phone only stated that these need replacing.

Shower of sh*t basically.

No honesty. Slack. Flakey.

Would never use either KJL or Servicing Stop again..
