I have been using this excellent alterations service regularly since the summer of 2016, and have been consistently delighted by their high standards of professionalism. The Cambridge-based staff are welcoming, skilled and knowledgeable, and my alterations have all been done in a prompt and highly satisfactory manner. It's great to have a service of this quality located in the city centre, and their turn-around for work has been reliably fast - normally just a week. I've had straightforward things like shortening of trousers done promptly and well, and also more complicated things like tapering of expensive silk (women's) trousers. I trust their advice and value the care they take to get things right: having a second go at a job that required two stages to get the right look was well worth it. I have not yet had a garment tailor-made for me, but would certainly consider it. And I do recommend them: I find that they take trouble, carry out instructions with care, and take a personal interest in the work I've given them. We're lucky to have them in Cambridge - good tailoring is very hard to find..
