"Poor service"

When I asked for my prescription I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes.

Thirty minutes later they had served 2 people. I approached the lady at the counter who assured me I had not waited that long even though it said so on my ticket.

I was taken aback at her response. I asked that she find out how long my prescription would be .

Instead she asked a Manager to talk to me .Miraculously they produced my prescription ahead of 5 other people in the queue. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and confrontational when I tried to prove how long I had waited( at one point she put the palm of her hand in front of my face).Another lady before me in the queue confirmed how long we had waited.All in all I was 50 minutes waiting for a small prescription.Next time I will ask her to sign my ticket so I cannot be accused of

exaggerating for personal gain..
