Went on their web site and got on line valuation for my Audi A5 cabriolet. Called and after 3 attempts, finally got to speak to sales team, made an appointment to test drive a 3 month old Discovery. I turned up 10 minutes early to be told that salesman was busy and would I mind waiting. 50 minutes later finally go response. Test drove vehicle and was interested in purchase however apparently my vehicle valuation had gone down £3500 overnight and was told that the bottom has fallen out of the Audi market. Whilst I understand they are there to make money, ripping off there customers seem to be their main aim..
