DESPITE ASKING ON MANY OCCASIONS FOR MAIL TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR FLATS, POSTIES ARE LEAVING LETTERS HANGING OUT OF THE LETTER SLOT IN THE MAIN DOOR (ACCESSIBLE FROM THE STREET) OF OUR BLOCK OF FLATS. THIS DOOR IS OPEN AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE LETTERS NOT TO BE DELIVERED PROPERLY..
