"Rude till man"

I went to the shop on Wednesday at about 2 am. The guy in the till didn't know what espresso coffee is. He was very rude doesn't understand English that well. I bought Disel and asked for VAT receipt, he ignored it and using some swearing words. When I asked him again for VAT, he just run away to other room. And when I was giving him money, he kinda snatched from me and collapsed my fingers with the tray. I had to call the police. Investigation on its way. How come these illiterate people get into this country?.
