"Mis-information!"

I wanted a new handset and went into the EE shop, was advised to buy an EE handset. First, it needed a smaller SIM (which my provider sent very quickly) then the phone needed to be unlocked. I am being told this will cost money and take time. I should have gone to Carphone Warehouse!.
