"Dont bother to even walk into this shop"

If you want to waste your time and effort then please go into the grafton centre ee shop, they have no customer service skills and they do not care about anyone apart from themselves they lie to customers and rip you off.

I paid to have my phone unlocked and a month later and about 6 times going into the shop and as many phone calls it is still not done!

Go to Vodaphone as customer service is excellent.
