"Poor Service, Poor Repairs"

I asked ACG to repair the power button on my phone (Nexus 5, broken power buttons are a common issue). The originally claimed it would take 1-2 hours. I came back several hours later to find they still hadn't done it and ended up picking it up the following day.

After picking it up I discovered it was still broken (the fault was intermittent). I returned to the shop to ask for a refund, which was refused. The woman was extremely defensive, didn't seem interested in getting to the bottom of the problem and accused me of raising my voice and speaking in a disrespectful manner, either of which I did. It's almost as if she was goading me into getting angry!.
