"Good nails very poor conversation"

I am sitting here waiting for my sister who is currently having her nails done after me. And well no conversation from these people what so ever. They sit here talking in their own language also whist I was having my done the woman was on her phone while trying to do my nails. 4 hours and all I have heard them say to anyone is you pay me now. Very poor customer service. On the plus side my nails look okay but have bits of nail polish missing so will be needing to be repainted when I get home..
