"Dreadful customer service"

Yes took 50% deposit upfront, took away broken window without giving a delivery date. Called back 2 weeks later to arrange delivery during morning, then arrived in the afternoon. Gave no details except that work was complete. Seal around my leaded window is still not set 24 hours later! When asked about incomplete seal, said, seal takes 2 weeks to set! Then began using profane language !.
