WE LIVE IN A BLOCK OF FLATS, ONLY FOUR, AND OUR POSTMAN JUST OPENS THE MAIN DOOR AND THROWS THE POST ON THE DOORMAT, OR LEAVES IT HANGING HALF OUT INTO THE STREET. WE HAVE ASKED HIM NICELY IN PERSON, HAVE LEFT NOTES ON THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR, ASKING HIM TO DELIVER THE POST IN PERSON THROUGH THE FLAT LETTERBOXES BUT THIS HAS BEEN IGNORED.
