"Opticians are good , but not the store assistants"

Last October , I went in for normal contact lens eye test. Test went well, I placed order for 6 pair of contact lenses.When I arrived to collect it , I felt I was charged more. Usually the type I wear costs £60 for 6 pairs, but I was charged 120 .When I enquired, the lady in the till told me that if I can't pay ,I can take 3 pairs.How rude !! its not about money , I know how much it costs .I just picked up 6 pairs paid 120 and I checked online . I showed her the cost in their website , she checked and I was charged for a wrong type of contact lenses.They recalculated and reimbursed , but no sorry was told. She was not bothered at all.

Poor customer service. I will never go back. .
