A review of Autoglass by Disenchanted! written on Saturday 11th of April 2015
Booked an appointment, they cancelled! Booked another appointment, they didn't show! Spent 45 minutes on hold trying to find out what happened! Gave up as losing the will to live! Called 24 hour number at about 03.30 in the morning (work nights) and was told they left a message on a number cancelling the appointment and rebooking 5 days later! Needless to say, no voicemail on anybody's phone!! I told the gentleman that this was not acceptable as son's car needed to pass it's MOT that day! (Really bad timing with stone chip damage!) Was assured would receive a call to rearrange! Guess what? No call! Have again spent considerable time trying to contact them but no joy! So cancelling the appointment and if Autoglass can't be bothered to provide a decent telephone service then maybe I will leave a vague message somewhere!!!.
