"Non communicating staff "

I went here as it was recommended by a friend

To start with I rang and made an appointment and when I got there they had double booked so has to wait nearly a hour. Then when I did actually begin to have my Nails done the lady never spoke to me infact all that was said to me was"you pay me now" once my Nails were done I was sat in front of the drier for just over 45min with no one speaking to me checking if everything was okay. After 45min I has enough and got up put my coat on and left still no one spoke or said bye. However the whole Time I was there the staff were speaking to one and other in their own language which I found rather rude as no one in the shop could understand them so they could have been talking about us. Overall my experience here was horrible also when I left the paint on them was inadequate and parts were missing..
