"Disrespectful and moody"

The person working behind the counter in this TESCO based post office had a big attitude when serving customer.

Reuben if I didn't remember wrongly - gave me and the customer before me attitude when he was taking letters and parcel from us. Raising his voice unnecessarily when I enquired on what to fill in and how to mail items =( Was an unpleasant encounter.. .
