When my £20.00 topup ran out I phoned 450 to topup but after following all the istructions my offer was rejected no explanation!.Pressed the number to speak to someone.Message came back. Number not on list.I have been with Orange over 10 years. This is the first time I've had difficulty. Looks like I will have to change provider..
