"RUDE. LATE. "

Myself and my partner have been frequent users of grill house, normally out order is late but it's excusable as it's a very we'll known and busy company. However, recently we have ordered and they brought us the wrong order and never have the correct change. And tonight me and my partner ordered our food at 18:18, it's now 20:05 and it's still not here, I rang I complain at 19:20 and thy said they could not did our address so they went back to the restaurant. When I demeaned my food they didn't offer for it to be fresh, they sent the same order from the very beginning! My food has now arrived and currently in the microwave heating up! Very disappointed .
