We found the process of buying a car, hassle free, excellent service from Sofia and Hope who kindly looked after our Jack Russell on a hot day so we could test drive . It was the right balance of customer service without pushy selling , which normally has the reverse effect. We left happy with our purchase and how we had been looked after
