"Ripped off "

Over charged me for doing something so simple ! They said they'll treat my swollen infection and I was under the impression they'd give me a solution of some kind. She put a cottonwool bud with some chemicals on the swelling and the swelling didn't go down and the infection is still there. They didn't even give me any solution. I was under the impression it was free - Aftercare should be free and all they care about is their wallets ! I had to pay for something that was rubbish. Made me wait around whilst they chatted on the phone or among themselves. Poor customer care and the place was filthy ! Staff were rude and I will never go there again. .
