"Great difficulty getting refunds - had to write to Chief Executive Officer on on"

Supplied with metal shard in Banoffee Pie! Could have been very dangerous! In store attitude was "it was not a Sainsbury's Brooks Road" product! No apology from Brooks Road.

Sold an almost completely useless vacuum cleaner with missing parts. No proper refund was offered. Only the letter to the Chief Executive Officer over the dangerous Banoffee Pie resolved the issue!

Purchased a USB stick that did not function! Difficulty getting a refund!

Purchased coffee and sugar canisters. Bottom of sugar canister fell out of the bottom - sugar went everywhere. Presumably selling sugar canisters that you cannot put sugar in!

Sold a USB DVD recorder that did not function!!! Where is the quality control!

Sold a stapler without staples. No staples for it available in the store! Make your children miserable with an incomplete back to school gift from Sainsburys!

Purchased a kettle and it failed after only 1 year and 2 months!
