"Arrogant doctors"

I have been registered to this surgery for about a year. There are specific doctors who I find very arrogant and ignorant. In one occasion my little baby was sent home with no treatment but admitted to hospital ( by a&e doctors) due to menengitis. At the moment there is blood in his urine and I had to make a half a dosen of appointment to take their attention to make an investigation. There are some good doctors but they are always fully booked :-( .
