"Excellent craftsman but useless at paperwork!"

Chris West did a really great job reburbishing a couple af lamps for me but his organisational skills (had to keep chasing him to get the job done) and attention to paperwork were awful. Still awaiting the promised paperwork 4 months later. Don't know how to get this from him as need it for insurance / provenence details.
