"Rude staff and poor quality of service"

I bought my bike online, not knowing any other cycle shops in Cambridge before I moved here. When I arrived to pick it up the staff were rude and patronising.

Since then I have had to have numerous repairs and other shops have despaired at the poor assembly of the bike, the pedals were loose, the brake cables were poorly attached etc.

Everyone I've spoken to has had similar experiences here. Would not recommend. So many good cycle shops in the city with far more experienced staff. .
