"Requests to maintain property sent to the wrong address consistently."

I had rented a property from this letting agent prior and found them to be very professional and reliable when it came to having things like the shower replaced when it was broken. So of course I was more than happy to rent from them again, however we were persistently sent 'reminders' to keep the foliage at the front of our property trimmed and told we would be breaching our contract if this was not done. We don't HAVE any foliage at the front of our property, we live on the 1st floor of an apartment building! Despite sending multiple emails saying to the contrary, we are STILL recieving the odd email pertaining to this mystery foliage. .
