After my last post of complaint i would like give a great big thanks to the team members at Trade Secret for fixing my hair for me. Although first contact was not swift (head office), i was dealt with a down to earth can do attitude from Karen and my Irish lady stylist was beyond fabulous and talented too. I now love my hair!
